A note from the founder
When I started in corporate learning, the question at the beginning of every project was the same: what content do we need?
It took me a long time to notice it was the wrong question.
I have seen well-made courses finish with excellent completion rates and change nothing at all. I have also seen a short, unglamorous learning experience shift how a whole team works — because it was built around a decision people actually had to make, not around information they had to absorb.
That difference is what KnowPack exists for. Not more content. Better conditions for change.
I work with two kinds of people. Organisations that need a capability their teams don’t have yet. And experts whose knowledge is trapped inside their own calendar. In both cases the work is the same: take real expertise and give it a structure other people can learn from.
